How to Cook

1. Add 1 noodle into a pot of boiling water. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until al dente. Drain noodles, then set aside.

2. In the same pot, add 1.5 cups of boiling water and 1.5 tsp of soup base, or to taste. Cook for 2 minutes. Add own veggies or protein and cook until ready.

3. Carefully pour soup over noodles into a bowl. Garnish with toppings. Enjoy immediately.

silky and versatile

I like how silky it is and how it is already salty itself so matches a variety of veggies perfectly. It also matches the soy mince! Rinse the noodles with cold water after boiling to keep it a little bit chewy. If you don't want to rinse it, put the bowl in the fridge to make it cold, and put the noodles in this cool bowl when the noodles is done.

I am delighted to have found Naked Asian Grocer! The crackers and noodles are absolutely delicious, and it was wonderful that they arrived in brown paper rather than plastic. I cannot buy such products locally, so I am delighted now to have my pantry well stocked. It was convenient to receive coconut milk and cream in the same parcel. Communication was great.
