By adding your own veges and protein it ends up being a great fulfilling meal

Surprisingly good to be honest, and so easy to add some nutrition to foods!

The spicy mushroom blend is my absolute favourite. Being vegan it can be difficult to find ramen you can make at home and that is healthy and sustainable. It hits the mark every time, and I love being able to purchase it separately, so I get even more broth.

We ate our first kit and absolutely loved it- so flavoursome. We added some bok choy, egg and tofu puffs, which was all it needed. Will definitely purchase again!

I love having pantry staples to throw in soups and noodles and these are incredibly tasty. The pack is huge!

I always have some dried shiitake in the cupboard. They're great quality and it's nice to get them without the plastic containers! The 200g fit perfectly in my jar (image shows some already used;))

Delicious and healthy i absolutely love these kits.

The seaweed noodles are really good quality and the spicy mushroom soup base has a nice little kick. I added some dried fungus and swapped to Asian greens.
With a few extra veg and proteins it was a really good big meal.
It may take a little longer to prep than your average noodle pot but the quality is worth it.
I wouldn’t hesitate to have the kit contents as is for a quick snack either.
