This was so much fun. At first I needed to get some inspiration but once I had some sauce ideas off I went. I love the noodle options and have enjoyed it every time. I have even gotten a friend onto the product as well.

great texture - and it makes you feel a little healthier too

This is a delicious combination & is one of my favourites not just for ramen but for a quick "I haven't had my 5 a day" afternoon hit. A big bowl of mushrooms, bok choy, broccoli, baby corn & spring onion soup. Takes minutes. Tastes delicious. Extra hungry? Brown flat rice noodles is a fav but if you want to keep it healthy, the new high protein ramen that I just tried is also delish. So handy to have in the pantry, always.

For the moments when ‘what’s for dinner’ is a step too far, this is the answer. Quick, filling, flavourful.

This is such a great sauce, not overly spicy but just enough to give a nice punch to my meal and the flavour is awesome.

A yummy and versatile blend

An excellent substitute for meat mince!
Over the years I have tried a lot of meat substitutes and more often than not, the texture is never close. In contrast, once reconstituted with some vegetable stock, this soy mince has a very close texture to meat mince. Highly recommended!

Great mushroom taste!
This mushroom powder adds a beautiful savoury flavour to my dishes. You don't need much as a little goes a long way. Great value for money.

Such a great way to add some umami flavour and a solid texture to your noodle bowl. I found it best to boil then in the noodle water for a bit before adding the spice and noodles, to help them rehydrate all the way through.

Honestly these are the best ramen noodles I have ever tried.
They hold their shape really well even when I get distracted and overcook them slightly.
I think the spinach ones are my favourite, but it’s a close competition.
I’m going through a food phase of eating ramen at least three times a week.
I’ve recently ran out and tried to resort to the good quality air dried supermarket ones. They just don’t stack up! I’m about to order a bulk load of the Naked Asian Grocer ones

Amazing flavour!
I use this 2 ways -both the water I cook the noodles and other ingredients in, then a spoon with an egg yolk and mayo to make the broth. About to order more!

Ideal for a quick dinner - I added extra veggies and some beef strips to make it a bit more follong
