Damaged or missing item in order

We strive to ensure all our customers are 100% satisfied with our products and service so please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a damaged product or incorrect item.

A photo must be provided for the damaged item(s). Proof of purchase must be shown in order to qualify for a full refund of the product. We may request the item be returned before a refund or replacement has been issued on certain items and it some cases the cost of freight of returning the item will be the customers responsibility.

If there are missing items in your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. You will need to email a copy or image of your invoice for the funds to be credited to your account for your next purchase or before a full refund is offered. Please ensure to check your order against the invoice as soon as your order arrives. Unfortunately, orders received after 48 hours will not be entitled to an exchange or a refund.

Missing Parcel

We use only reputable delivery companies; however, we do not accept any liability or responsibility for missing parcels caused by any third party. You are responsible for tracking the parcel. Please inform us if your parcel is missing within 48 hours of the alleged delivery date. We will lodge an investigation with our third party delivery partner. A refund from the delivery company may be offered, subject to approval.
