Shipping policy

 

We want you to receive your products, not only quickly, but sustainably as well. That's why we aim to pack your orders in recycled packaging within 1 to 3 business days. Once packed, your Asian groceries will be delivered to you with Sendle's 100% carbon neutral delivery or via Australia Post. [Read Australia Post's Environmetal Policies here]

Orders in Australia

Our standard delivery features our products packed in a recycled cardboard mailing box and shipped from Melbourne, VIC.

Delivery fees are a flat $12 for orders under $99.

For orders $99 or over (excluding shipping), shipping within Australia is free. 

Once your order is packed, you will receive a tracking number via email and after that, you can expect your order to be received within 1 to 5 business days. Some areas may take up to 12-20 business days to arrive. 

We endeavour to get your parcels to you on time. However, please note that our shipping is fulfilled by a third party and may sometimes have delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not offer International Orders at this stage.


Delivery Terms

  • Please note that Sendle does not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. All PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers will be shipped via Auspost.
  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. 
  • Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed at drop-off points will be refunded for the product component only. You will need to contact us to arrange redelivery within 30 days of dispatch, after which the refund will be processed automatically.
  • If you request a redelivery, there will be an additional shipping cost. Shipping cost will be advised when request is being made.
  • We use only reputable delivery companies; however, we do not accept any liability or responsibility for delayed or missing parcel caused by any third party.
  • Missing or non-delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 14 days within Australia.
