By visiting our site, Naked Asian Grocer (NAG) (www.nakedasiangrocer.com) and / or purchasing something from you, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
General Online Store Terms
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We are not responsible for any errors in delivery or transaction that occurs due to incorrect information provided.

Products & Pricing
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
While we aim to update information as accurately and as quickly as we can, and make effort to present the product images as accurately as possible, we are not responsible if information or images made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
We want to keep our prices competitive. As such, prices can change from time to time. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD$). All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice. Products may also be discontinued without notice.
Allergen
We take great care in receiving, storing and packing our products from cross-contamination, flag on labels where necessary and have systems in place to ensure proper segregation is maintained. However, our products may have been made or have been in a facility that contains allergens or traces of allergens. Allergens include nuts, eggs, dairy, soy, seeds, gluten, fish, shell fish or other materials that are considered allergens. No allergen or nutritional information on our website should ever be considered a guarantee, but simply a best faith effort to serve our customers.
Packaging
We take great care in minimizing the use of plastic in our store. We pack our ingredients in paper bags which are sealed with compostable labels, or in recyclable and / or reusable materials such as glass and tins. We ship our products in recycled carton box.
Our paper bags can be curbside recycled or home composted. Carton boxes can be recycled or reused as many times as you can. Food labels are compostable, however, please check with your local council on how to dispose of them.
Some orders are packed in a Sendle shipping envelope which is made from corn and is fully compostable (and are great treats for worms!). To ensure freshness of product, immediately transfer product to an appropriate clean container and store in a proper place upon receipt.
