How do I shop?

For items that have been pre-packed, simply add the quantity to your cart and checkout accordingly.

For items sold by weight, there is a base weight. All you have to do is to adjust the quantity to get the weight you want. For example, the base weight for rice is 100g. To buy 500g, put 5 quantities in your cart. Then checkout accordingly.

What is "Shop by Weight"?

Shop by Weight means that you can order ingredients by desired weight. Check out all the products you can shop by weight here. Some products such as sauces are pre-packed and therefore, cannot be sold by weight.

Where are you located?

We are based in VIC. However, we currently only operate online. Our online store ship Australia-wide.

How do I track my order?

Upon placing an order, you would have received an email confirmation with a tracking number from us. If you haven't, please contact us at or use the Contact Us form here.


How do you pack my order?

We use plastic-free packaging that are either recyclable or compostable. This includes paper bags, tins and glass bottles. You can check how each product is packed on the product page.

How do I store your products after receiving them?

For items in paper bags, we highly recommend transferring our goodies into air tight containers and keep them in a cool, dry place. For storage instructions, refer to each individual product page.

Where are your products from?

You can find country of origin in each individual product pages.

I've got an allergy. Can I still shop from you?

We list allergens and ingredient list on every product page. However, please be aware that our products may have been made or have been in a facility that contains allergens or traces of allergens. No allergen or nutritional information on our website should ever be considered a guarantee, but simply a best faith effort to serve our customers.

Where can I find nutritional information?

You can find nutritional information on each individual product pages.

How do I discard the packaging after I've finished?

We use either compostable or recyclable materials to pack our products. So pop them into your compost bin or recycling bin once you're done. Refer to each individual product pages for specific packaging info.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship Australia-wide.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free if you spend above $99. Otherwise, it is $12 flat rate.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We aim to fulfil orders by 1-3 business days. Once order is packed, it typically takes 1-5 business days to arrive. Some areas may take longer to arrive.

Please note that our shipping is fulfilled by a third party (Sendle and Australia Post) and may sometimes have delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Which courier do you use?

We use a mix of both Sendle and Australia Post. Both are carbon-neutral and have an extensive network coverage.
