Wakame is a delicate, subtly sweet seaweed with a silky, satin-like texture. Commonly used in Japanese cuisines such as salads and miso soups. Wakame is rich in minerals like calcium, manganese, folate, magnesium, and iodine, and a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. To use wakame, blanch for a few seconds in boiling water, before soaking in ice water, to bring out its electric-green colour.

This is great value for money and plastic free packaging!!!!!! Hydrate in water, it doesn't take long, and add to soups, stir fries, toasted sandwiches( fried egg, seaweed and chili), salads and a cup of soup(use the spicy mushroom flavor)
A small amount of dried seaweed goes a long way!!!!!!
Trust me - accidentally rehydrated about a week's worth of wakame but it's so good. I ate it all.
Great hydration, I add this to most soups and the ramen soups. Great texture. Arrived in a brown paper bag in great condition
Fresh, tasty and easy to add to dishes. Love 💕
I have this as a staple in my pantry. It goes in all my soups and is amazing!!
Truly the best wakame I've tried. Great in soups.
