Nice flavour but way too salty.
Love, love, love Naked Asian Grocer and their spicy mushroom blend. It gives a good kick to the usual mushroom flavour and heats up the ramen noodles nicely. I add this with the spinach or purple sweet potato noodles and some wakame, bok choy and frozen dumplings in the rice cooker for a delicious and fast ramen. Phwoar!
So yummy! Great for a noodle soup
My family love this blend almost as much as the Mushroom powder. It is used very regularly in our home cooking as our daughters are allergic to onion and garlic but the spicy Mushroom blend and the Mushroom powder allow them to have beautiful flavours in the meals too.
This is delicious as a broth base on its own, or to spice up one you've made.
