Convenient, tasty & absolutely love the umami flavour when added to savoury foods from stews to scrambled Tofu. The cute reusable tins are a big plus too!
A sprinkle of this amazing Mushroom powder in fried rice or stir fried vegies and you have a game changer. It gives a beautiful depth of flavour that is really difficult to achieve without overdoing other herbs. I love the tin presentation. Will be purchasing more soon along with several other product replenishment.
This stock is the best. I use it for everything that calls for stock, even things that don't like pasta and cheese sauces. I used plant based chicken stock cubes in a soup last night and it just tasted so meh so in goes the mushroom powder. The resulting soup was banging!
Hi - just thought I’d share that I made a vegan ramen the other night. I made the ramen broth with the mushroom powder as the basic stock and then added onion/garlic/ginger/chilli/rehydrated black fungi (auricularia from NAG) /white miso/tamari and simmered it about 2 hours. The resulting broth was deliciously umami ☺️😋 Oh and used the purple sweet potato ramen noodles- they are also really yummy!
So delicious in noodle soups and on scrambled eggs
