This Brown Rice Noodles is similar to Pan Mee Noodles. It is slightly chewy when cooked al dente, and can be served dry or in noodle soup. To cook, add noodles to boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain, then add toppings to noodles. 1 serve is roughly 50g.
