Makes 5 serves. Choose from Regular or Vegan broth.

Ingredients

Regular: Dried noodles (wheat flour, water, salt), dried mushroom slice (lentinus ebodes), fried shallots (shallots, cooking oil, corn flour), seaweed, bonito dashi powder {salt, monosodium glutamate (621), disodium inosinate (631), disodium 5'-ribonucleotide (635), granulated sugar, powdered skipjack tuna, powdered frigate tuna}

Vegan: Dried noodles (wheat flour, water, salt), dried mushroom slice (lentinus ebodes)), fried shallots (shallots, cooking oil and corn flour), shredded seaweed (seaweed), kombu dashi powder (flavour enhancer (621), salt, glucose, dried kelp powder, granulated sugar, flavour enhancer (631, 627), kelp extract)

How to Use

  1. Cook 1 x noodle into boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain water then set aside.
  2. Bring 350ml of water to boil. Add 1 tsp of dashi and a small handful of sliced mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes, or until mushrooms are soft.
  3. Add noodles into the broth. Remove from heat. Garnish with a pinch of shredded seaweed and fried shallots. Serve immediately.

Store in air-tight container and in cool, dry place
