These vegan, 2-ingredient and gluten-free Soy Chunks make an excellent substitute for meat. With a mild flavour, it absorbs herbs, spices and broth it is cooked with; making it versatile to be used for a variety of dishes such as curries, stews and stir-fries. To use this, you would need to rehydrate the Soy Chunks by soaking into boiling water for 10 minutes or until soft. Drain water and it is ready to be used.

How to Use

Rehydrate Soy Chunks by adding into boiling water. Allow Soy Chunks to be submerged in water for 10 minutes, or until softened. Remove from water and it's ready to use.

Not chunks

These were not chunks as pictured, but more like twisty shapes. They also cook to mush. I did contact them and to their credit, they gave me a refund and said they would check with their supplier. I found they’re ok to eat raw, not that tasty but a nice crunch.
