These vegan, 2-ingredient and gluten-free Soy Chunks make an excellent substitute for meat. With a mild flavour, it absorbs herbs, spices and broth it is cooked with; making it versatile to be used for a variety of dishes such as curries, stews and stir-fries. To use this, you would need to rehydrate the Soy Chunks by soaking into boiling water for 10 minutes or until soft. Drain water and it is ready to be used.

Rehydrate Soy Chunks by adding into boiling water. Allow Soy Chunks to be submerged in water for 10 minutes, or until softened. Remove from water and it's ready to use.

Are these soy? Taste more like htp or seitan. Nice but not my fave. Other products all amazing

Soy Chunks
I rehydrated them in boiling water with a tsp each or salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cumin. Delicious!
