With a mild flavour, it absorbs herbs, spices and broth it is cooked with; making it versatile to be used for a variety of dishes such as curries, stews and stir-fries. To use this, you would need to rehydrate the Soy Chunks by soaking into boiling water for 10 minutes or until soft. Drain water and it is ready to be used.
