Our take on a classic Japanese Goma dressing, using the finest sesame seeds, which are roasted to perfection to bring out their rich and nutty flavour and then blended with rice vinegar, inaka miso, and roasted sesame paste to create a simple yet delicious tangy and rich dressing. Incredibly versatile and can be used in a variety of ways.
