This is your favourite shortcut to delicious miso soup. Australian miso mixed with dashi broth and bits of wakame. All you have to do is to add 1 tsp of Miso Blend with 250ml of hot water, add silken tofu and cook for 5 minutes. Enjoy as is... or use it as a soup base for noodles or hot pot.
Each tin is 54g. Approximately 8 serves per tin.

- Boil 250ml of water in a pot.
- Add 1 tsp of mix into the pot. Add another tsp if you prefer a stronger flavour. Stir until all powder is dissolved.
- Add soft tofu. Cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy
