This is your favourite shortcut to delicious miso soup. Australian miso mixed with dashi broth and bits of wakame. All you have to do is to add 1 tsp of Miso Blend with 250ml of hot water, add silken tofu and cook for 5 minutes. Enjoy as is... or use it as a soup base for noodles or hot pot.

Each tin is 54g. Approximately 8 serves per tin.

Miso powder (soy beans, water, rice malt, salt, ethanol, colour (101)), kombu dashi powder (flavour enhancer (621), salt, glucose, dried kelp powder, granulated sugar, flavour enhancer (631, 627), kelp extract), dried seaweed

How to Use

  1. Boil 250ml of water in a pot.
  2. Add 1 tsp of mix into the pot. Add another tsp if you prefer a stronger flavour. Stir until all powder is dissolved.
  3. Add soft tofu. Cook for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy

Wonderful product, less than wonderful packaging

Miso blend itself takes amazing, miles ahead of any other soup blends I've tried before. Though something about the tin its in causes some of the blend to get stuck in lid thread and every time to open it you lose some. Anytime I buy this now I empty it into a different container and reuse the tin for something else.

Hoping that in future a larger quantity will be for sale to save having multiple small tins arriving,
