This is your favourite shortcut to delicious miso soup. Australian miso mixed with dashi broth and bits of wakame. All you have to do is to add 1 tsp of Miso Blend with 250ml of hot water, add silken tofu and cook for 5 minutes. Enjoy as is... or use it as a soup base for noodles or hot pot.

Each tin is 100g. Approximately 11 serves per tin.

How to Use

  1. Boil 250ml of water in a pot.
  2. Add 1.5 tsp of mix into the pot. Add another tsp if you prefer a stronger flavour. Stir until all powder is dissolved.
  3. Add soft tofu. Cook for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy

I love this miso powder. It delicious on its own as a miso soup but I’ve also used it in other things to give them a lovely flavour.
