Kombu dashi is made from kelp, has delicate and mellow flavours that compliments any Japanese dish. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. For a bowl of soup, simply mix 4-5g dashi powder into some boiling water and stir until dissolve.
We have 2 types of dashi powders available - bonito dashi and kombu dashi.
