Dashi is broth or soup that is the base of many Japanese dishes, including miso. This powder form is a convenient way of making dashi. For a bowl of soup, simply mix 4-5g dashi powder into some boiling water and stir until dissolve.
We have 2 types of dashi powders available -bonito dashi and kombu dashi. Kombu dashi is made from kelp, has delicate and mellow flavours that compliments any Japanese dish. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
