Dashi is the base broth of many Japanese dishes. This bonito dashi is made from tuna and mackerel, giving it a delicious rich umami flavour. It's powder format is a convenient way of making dashi.
We have 2 types of dashi available: bonito dashi and kombu dashi (kelp).

- For a bowl of broth, simply mix 4-5g dashi powder into some boiling water and stir until dissolve.

I loved this Dashi Powder, it went great in Fried Rice, but would be suitable in many recipes to enhance flavour.
