Green Tea & Wasabi Blend
This unique blend of green tea and wasabi is the perfect base for ramen noodles or a refreshing bowl of ochazuke (Japanese tea rice). Simply cook 1 tsp of blend with 250ml of water on low heat for about 4 minutes. Strain broth and pour over cooked rice. Add toppings, including shredded pan-seared salmon and furikake.

How to Use
1. Boil 250ml of water in a pot. 2. Add 1 tsp of mix into the pot. Cook for 3 minutes. Pour broth through a strainer to remove tea leaves. 3. Add broth on a bowl of steamed rice. Top with salmon, seaweed and furikake. 4. Serve and enjoy.
