Japanese Topping (Furikake) is an all-purpose savoury Japanese seasoning and is usually used on rice, vegetables, fish, poké, and other dishes to enhance flavouring. It is usually made from a blend of seaweed, sesame, salt and sugar. Furikake is crunchy, salty, nutty and earthy.
