Tonkatsu is a Japanese breaded, deep fried pork cutlet or schnitzel. This batter mix is convenient and easy to use. All you have to do is to mix Tonkatsu Batter with water in the ratio of 1:2. Coat meat with batter and panko. Deep fry at 170Β°C until cooked. 50g of batter mix can make approximately 3 to 4 pork cutlets.
