How to Use

How to use to make Tandoori Chicken Skewers:  

  1. Dice 500g chicken.
  2. Add 1 tbsp Classic Tikka Tandoori Paste, 1 tbsp chickpea flour, 1 tbsp yoghurt, 20ml oil and salt. To spice up, add extra ginger, garlic and chilli. Mix to coat. Marinate overnight.
  3. Thread chicken on skewers and cook on BBQ or in preheated oven at 200℃ . 
  4. Serve on a bed of rice or use chicken to make Butter Chicken curry (shown)

Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 weeks
