Pan Mee (Banmian, youmian or mee hoon kueh) is a popular noodle dish in Malaysia. Made with a simple flour-based dough, then cooked with anchovy broth, topped with crispy fried anchovies, ground pork, shiitake mushrooms, and some vegetables.
