Mee Suah, or Flour Vermicelli, is thin noodles that originate from Fujian, China. When cooked, Mee Suah is soft and delicately flavoured. As such, it is usually served in fragrant umami-rich broth such as anchovy or pork broth with meatballs. Cook Mee Suah in its soup for about 3 minutes. Serve immediately. 1 piece is equivalent to 1 small serve. For a more subtantial meal, we recommend cooking 2 pieces per serve.
