Korean Chive Pancake

Korean Chive Pancake
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of garlic chive or regular chive, cut into 2-3 cm length
- 150g Korean Pancake Mix
- 250g water
- 100g prawns (omit if vegan)
- 1 ea chilli
- Salt and pepper
- Cham Cham’s Soy Mustard Ganjang from for dipping sauce
Method
- Mix water and Korean Pancake Mix until smooth (but don't overmix too much)
- Add chives into pancake batter together.
- Heat the non-stick frying pan. Add a generous amount of oil. Spread the batter mix evenly and thinly and cook on medium heat
- Place prawns and chilli on the pancake while it's cooking and add little bit of batter on top of prawns and chilli. Continue cooking until golden and crispy.
- Flip the pancake and cook the other side until prawns and pancakes are cooked.
- Serve with Cham Cham’s "Soy mustard ganjang" and enjoy!
