A savoury delight, Korean pancakes or Buchimgae, are usually filled with seafood, kimchi, shredded potatoes or any fresh vegetables. This pancake mix is easy to use and will save you time in the kitchen. Simply mix 500g of Korean Pancake Mix with 850ml of water, until it becomes a smooth batter. Add your favourite toppings to the batter. Thinly spread out the batter on pan and keep flipping for 3 to 4 minutes, or until all ingredients are cooked. 1 serve will need 100g of mix.
