Korean Chive Pancake



  1. Mix water and Korean Pancake Mix until smooth (but don't overmix too much)
  2. Add chives into pancake batter together. 
  3. Heat the non-stick frying pan. Add a generous amount of oil. Spread the batter mix evenly and thinly and cook on medium heat
  4. Place prawns and chilli on the pancake while it's cooking and add little bit of batter on top of prawns and chilli. Continue cooking until golden and crispy.
  5. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until prawns and pancakes are cooked.
  6. Serve with Cham Cham’s "Soy mustard ganjang" and enjoy!
