Cheesy Kimchi Noodle Bake

This recipe has approximately 35g of protein per serve, is really easy to make and has a glorious cheese pull.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of butter (or enough to coat the tray)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tbsp of Kimchi Blend
  • 2 Spinach Ramen
  • 1 cup of fresh kimchi
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 cup of shredded Mozzarella

Method

  1. Coat a baking tray with butter.
  2. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and Kimchi Blend. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Cook noodles for 4 minutes, or until al dente. Strain and add to tray.
  4. Layer noodles with tuna, kimchi and mozzarella. Pour milk mixture to coat everything.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until cooked.
  6. Remove from oven. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Do a glorious cheese pull before serving and enjoy.
