1. Boil 250ml of water in a pot. 2. Add 1 tsp of mix into the pot. Stir until all powder is dissolved. 3. Add cooked noodles and toppings. Cook for a further 5 minutes. 4. Serve and enjoy.

I was trying to get something close to the soup base of my local ramen place's veg ramen and could taste that it had yuzu in it and spent ages trying to figure out the best way to get my hands on some yuzu flavouring. Problem solved!
Great with a bit of garlic and ginger placed whole in the soup base and then removed before serving.
