Soy sauce powder (fermented soy sauce (water, soy beans, wheat, salt), maltodextrin (maize), salt, rice bran oil), freeze dried yuzu juice (4%)(yuzu juice, maltodextrin), bonito dashi (flavour enhancers (621, 631, 635), salt, sweetener (granulated sugar, glucose), seasoning mix (dried skipjack tuna (fish) and bullet tuna (fish), frigate mackerel (fish))

How to Use

1. Boil 250ml of water in a pot. 2. Add 1.5 tsp of mix into the pot. Stir until all powder is dissolved. 3. Add cooked noodles and toppings. Cook for a further 5 minutes. 4. Serve and enjoy.
