This powder adds a subtle yet powerful flavour to any dish you put it in. An absolute favourite of mine!
This is a great umami trick. Yes you can do the noodle thing or add it to pasta sauce, soups and anything that needs a stock to give a vegetarian dish some OOMPH. It has smoky spiciness and tang that means it adds a layer of richness to your risotto or grains
I have a family that eats more ramen than should be possible- NAG provides better flavours and healthier versions than anything other instant product we have tried.
I would be concerned by how addictive this is if it wasn’t so simple, cheap and easy. On to my third tin and eat at least once a week
This is a pantry staple in my house. I always have it on hand to make my ramen soups. So good!!
The first time I tried the Yuzu Shoyu Blend was in a ramen kit. It’s my favourite soup base now, I love it!
