Wasabi or Japanese horseradish is a must-have condiment when eating sushi. Despite being hot and pungent, wasabi has a delicate flavour that highlights the taste of sashimi or sushi. To make a wasabi paste, simply add 2 parts of wasabi powder to 1 part of cold water. Mix well.
