Udon noodles are thick and chewy wheat noodles. Udon noodles can be served in hot dashi soup (made with kombu and bonito flakes), or eaten cold by dipping in a soy-sauce based sauce or stir-fried with meat and vegetables. 1 serve of udon is approximately 90g.
