A classic Kashmiri dish, the Rogan Josh is an aromatic, flavourful curry with a vibrant red hue. Traditionally paired with red meats such as lamb or goat, but can be also used for veggies such as eggplant, potatoes or mushrooms in place of meat.

How to Use

How to use:

  1. Sauté 1kg of your choice of protein or veggies in a little oil.
  2. Add 1 jar of Rogan Josh curry paste and 1 jar of water. Stir until evenly mixed and allow to simmer.
  3. Finish with yoghurt (optional)

To spice up, add extra ginger, garlic and chilli at Step 1.

Delicious

Never made rogan josh before, I used the whole jar with beef and in a pressure cooker for 30mins. It was a crowd pleaser. Definitely will buy it again.
