Tamarind Tree's Korma paste is carefully crafted using a traditional recipe, combining aromatics such as turmeric, fennel, tamarind and so forth. Pair with your choice of protein or veggies, and enjoy over a bed of hot rice or with roti.
How to use:
Sauté 1kg of your choice of protein or veggies in a little oil. To spice up, add extra ginger, garlic and chilli.
Add 1 jar of Korma curry paste and 1 jar of water. Stir and allow to simmer.
Add 1 tbsp desiccated coconut, ground cashews and 1⁄4 tsp fennel powder (optional).
Finish with coconut milk, cream or yoghurt
