Mild in flavour, Soy Slices are a great vegan alternative to meats. Readily absorb any sauces, seasoning or marinades that it's cooked with. Add to soups, stews, hot pot and stir-fries or even marinade then BBQ for crispy slices. To use this, you would need to rehydrate the Soy Slices by soaking into boiling water for 10 minutes or until soft. Drain water and it is ready to be used.

I soaked some of these with dried shiitake and tossed them through a stir fry… I’m just logging on to order more while my meal is barely finished, that’s how good they were!!
