Mild in flavour, Soy Slices are a great vegan alternative to meats. Readily absorb any sauces, seasoning or marinades that it's cooked with. Add to soups, stews, hot pot and stir-fries or even marinade then BBQ for crispy slices. To use this, you would need to rehydrate the Soy Slices by soaking into boiling water for 10 minutes or until soft. Drain water and it is ready to be used.

Love that there is no plastic waste and the soy slices have a long shelf life in the pantry. Easy to cook after soaking in hot water or mushroom broth. Will be ordering more as a great source of vegan protein!
