These nori or seaweed sheets, are use predominantly in Japanese cuisine, especially to wrap sushi and to be added into miso soup. It can also be cut thinly and sprinkled on rice bento boxes or noodle bowls to add delicious umami flavour. It can also be snacked on by itself.
