Rice Vermicelli
A thin form of rice noodles, Rice Vermicelli is sometimes referred to as rice sticks or bee hoon. Typically used in soups, stir-fries, spring rolls and salads. Rice vermicelli only need to be soaked in hot water, instead of boiled, before they’re ready to use in stir-fries or other dishes. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil, remove the pot from the heat, and add the noodles. Let the noodles soak until they’re tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
Each piece is approximately 400g and is equivalent to 4 serves.

Firstly, the serving size for these is STACKS, I ordered two 'serves' and it filled my biggest cake Tupperware I had for storage! Great value! Plus, these are so easy to pull apart to get the amount to actually want to cook, so surprised at these compared to the supermarket varieties that you have to hack apart with a chainsaw! These tore so easily, easy to soak and make into a 15-min vermicelli noodle salad. Obsessed!
I've mainly eaten the ones in those blue/clear plastic bags you buy from the asian grocer. Can safely say this is way better. Something about the texture feels fresher than those other ones with the dragons on it. And the size is really good for what you pay. Would recommend.
I love this vermicelli. It takes a little longer to soak and seems to do better if soaked in hot water, but it holds together really well for being in soups and also for rice paper rolls. I LOVE there's no plastic packaging! the bundles are big too
The order was delivered quickly and so far the quality has been excellent, from everything we've tried.
I love having large quantities of these gf noodles. So useful for soups and stir fries. I can just pull off the amount I need. Good quality too
