Rice noodles, or Rice Sticks, are noodles made from rice and water to create a chewy and gelatinous texture. This particular type of Rice Sticks is used typically for Pad Thai or Rice Noodle Soup. Simply add rice sticks into a hot bowl of water, wait for 5 to 8 minutes, drain water and then add to soup, or use to stir fry. 1 serve of rice sticks noodles is approximately 50g.
