
Rice Paper
Used to wrap delicious Vietnamese rolls. Simply dunk rice paper sheets in warm water quickly and place down on a mat or a plate. Place your filling at the top of the sheet, fold down the top edge, followed by the sides and then roll it downwards. Work quickly as the paper gets sticky as soon as it's wet. Made from rice starch, tapioca starch, salt and water.
100g is approximately 10 sheets.
