Heat oil in pan. Make sure there is enough oil to cover crackers. Add crackers to oil. Remove after 30 seconds or until crispy and golden.

Snacks are that vice that get a lot of people turning to plastic. I love these as an option. It's indeed quick and easy to prepare.
Even my family members and kids who are non-fans of mushrooms love them. The little ones say that they enjoy the sensory feeling the puffy crackers give as they dissolve in your mouth - yum and fun, mindful eating!
Not sure if it's just me, but they puff up to a much bigger size than the prawn crackers do, so I feel like I get more of a bowl or a snack bag-filled with less of the crackers used up, so they end up lasting longer before a restock in the pantry. Vegan friendly is a bonus :)
Delicious, healthy and quick and easy to prepare if you have an airfryer. My alternative to potato chips!
