Lump Sugar

Lump sugar, also known as monocrystalline rock sugar or granulated rock sugar, are commonly used in Chinese cooking. These sugar cubes are made from traditional methods and are usually used as sweeteners in coffee and tea or as a sugar snack. It is less sweet than regular white sugar and as such, does not overwhelm taste as much as white sugar does.
