[1] Add noodles to boiling water and cook for 6 minutes, or until al dente. [2] Transfer noodles to a bowl of cold water. Let noodles sit for 30 seconds. [3] Remove noodles and mix with seasoning.

A very light noodle 🍜 I like to add lots of healthy vegan carbohydrates like sweet potatoes and marinated tofu with cashew nuts and Choy Sun greens into a heart meal.
