Korean Glass Noodles (dangmyeon in Korean) are transluscent, chewy and bouncy, and are definitely a versatile bunch. One of the most popular and incredibly easy dish to make with these noodles is japchae, or you can also add noodles to stir-fries, salads or soups. 1 serve is approximately 90 to 100g.

Love the Korean glass noodle. They are chewy and delicious. Perfect in my favourite Korean cuisine.
A very light noodle 🍜 I like to add lots of healthy vegan carbohydrates like sweet potatoes and marinated tofu with cashew nuts and Choy Sun greens into a heart meal.
