A lighter take on a Traditional Teriyaki.

This versatile, sweet and floral mixture allows you to season anything from noodles in the wok, to a steak in the frying pan. It is ideal for adding depth to slow cooked dishes and works great as an overnight marinade for barbecues. In this recipe we infuse locally grown Shiso leaves and we only use the most premium Japanese tamari soy.
