How to Use
How to Use
- Mix 200g of karaage batter with 200g of water for 1kg of ingredients. Mix them well.
- Coat chicken pieces (bitesize) with the mixture.
- Deep fry chicken in 170°C oil for 10 to 11 minutes, or until chicken is cooked. Serve with mayo to dip and a bowl of hot rice.
TIP: For a more delicious flavour, marinate chicken in milk for 30 minutes before frying. For a vegetarian option, swap chicken with cauliflower.
