Handmade signature XO Sauce. Mushrooms and leeks are fermented then added to a traditional XO base of garlic, ginger, shallots and chilli. Black garlic is also added to give an extra kick, then the oil is simmered for hours to give it a real depth of flavour. Goes with anything that need a flavour kick. Drizzle over eggs, veggies, seafood, pasta, toast! You really can't go wrong.
