The Hotluck Club Kimchi Sprinkle is a full bodied chilli salt that is made by dehydrating kimchi hot sauce chilli mash over 24 hours. This concentrates all the aromatics and makes a punchy salt that is great sprinkled on your morning avocado, buttered popcorn, eggs, roast veg, or even cocktails!
