Crafted in Uji, Kyoto, this Hojicha Powder has a unique roasted flavour that is earthy, nutty, and with subtle aroma of roasted nuts and caramelised sugar. Fine, smooth powder. Perfect for lattes and infusing into ice creams or desserts.

How to Use

1. Add 2-3g of Hojicha into a bowl.

2. Mix with 30ml of 80°C water and blend into a paste using a bamboo whisk.

3. Pour 150-200ml of warm milk into the paste. Optional to add a small amount of sugar or honey for sweetness. Enjoy.
