Great texture and a filling addition to any meal. A good flavour but not intrusive and a great comfort food on a cold day
The flat noodles are wonderful. Though the Naked Asian Grocer website advices using the flat noodles for "pan mee" noodles, I have used the noodles for other dishes -- and have even used it as a substitute for fettucine.

Got these to share with my kids and they love them, So much better than the supermarket stuff. The texture of these noodles is fantastic and they hold the sauce and broth really well. 5 Stars
