Yellow fungus is a Chinese delicacy that is nourishing and as such, is commonly used in medicinal treatment in Chinese medicine and to promote youthful skin (collagen!). With a mild taste and a gelatinous texture, yellow fungus is usually cooked as soup dessert, but you can also use to replace mushrooms in recipes. Simply rehydrate the fungus by soaking them in water then use as intended.

Each piece is around 30-40g.
