Rinse then soak them until they are plump before using. Tip: Retain some of its soaking water and add to dish for a more delicious flavour boost. 1 serve is approximately 10g.

These are great to stock up on, keep in the pantry and add into meals when the fresh veg is a bit thin! Plus the broth from soaking them is DELISH, do not tip it out, use it!
