Dried scallops, or conpoy, add sweet and umami flavour in your dishes. Pungent and compact, it is often used in Chinese cooking - including congees, soups, stews, and sauces. It is one of the main ingredient for XO Sauce. Rehydrate scallops before using by soaking in water for 2 to 3 hours. A serve of dried scallop is roughly 10g.

Even though it was labeled as '200 grams', it was only 160grams in the bag. That was disappointing as I liked the concept of the non-plastic approach.
I found the other items I ordered too was lighter than the labels stated too.

We pack each bag individually using a weighing scale labeller.
This means that the weight of the product is printed on the label and we cannot underweigh it.
That said, we will investigate this matter and I'll email you separately.
