Great product, delicious and easy to rehydrate. They are very light though, one serving gives you plenty of fungus :)
I have been LOOKING and SEARCHING for a place to buy THIS PARTICULAR FUNGUS. It’s my favourite thing in ramen and AT LAST I HAVE IT. Forreal so convenient to have it dried, you just boil the amount you want. The texture and chewiness is sensational and I was in happy tears the first time I cooked these. Bless you NAG <3
