A traditional herbal tea, Chrysanthemum tea is made by steeping dried Chrysanthemum flowers in hot water. Occasionally, rock sugar, cane sugar, or goji berries are added to enhance its flavour. Chrysanthemum tea is also delicious when chilled and is great for summer. A serve is about 10 to 20g.

I love the chrysanthemum tea, having it in winter is the best. It helps to cleanse my mind and allows me to focus on my work. It taste so much better compared to the tea sold in Asian grocery stores.
