A traditional herbal tea, Chrysanthemum tea is made by steeping dried Chrysanthemum flowers in hot water. Occasionally, rock sugar, cane sugar, or goji berries are added to enhance its flavour. Chrysanthemum tea is also delicious when chilled and is great for summer.
A serve is about 15g.
